File 01 / Opening assortment

The cut index

These are specification briefs, not branded products. Prices and checkout remain unavailable until a manufacturer approves resale and supplies current product data.

File 02 / Prep desk

Plan the portion.
Verify the pouch.

This estimator helps you compare labels. It never replaces the manufacturer’s preparation, cooking, allergen, or storage instructions.

Comparison target

Choose a meal plan to estimate the labeled rehydrated yield to look for.

File 03 / Listing rules

Every pouch needs a readable record.

01

Identity

Species, cut or form, ingredient list, net weight, country of origin where supplied, and whether the contents are freeze-dried.

02

Preparation state

Cooked, uncooked, ready-to-eat, or cook-before-eating status must come from the maker’s label and instructions.

03

Yield

Dry weight and manufacturer-stated prepared yield appear separately. We do not convert package size into unsupported serving claims.

04

Storage

Unopened shelf life, best-by date, storage temperature, oxygen absorber notice, and after-opening directions stay product-specific.

05

Safety

Allergens, inspection marks, traceability, recalls, cooking temperatures, and handling instructions are published exactly where customers need them.

06

Supply

A listing requires written online resale permission, current inventory, image rights, shipping terms, and a defined returns process.

Field note 001

“Just add water” leaves out the useful details.

Piece size, preparation state, water temperature, soak time, and the final cooking step can vary. Our first guide will show how to read those instructions before you build a recipe or emergency meal plan.
